1. Purpose : These conditions govern the sales of fashion products made via the website www.comebacklater.fr.
2. Products : Items are sold on pre-order, which means there will be a production time before delivery. Each product sheet clearly indicates the estimated delivery time.
3. Order : Any order placed on the site constitutes full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. A summary will be sent to you by email.
4. Price : Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included. Delivery is free in France. Fees may apply for international deliveries.
5. Payment : Payments are secure and accept all major bank cards. No banking data is stored on the site.
6. Delivery : Products are shipped via La Poste (Colissimo). Delivery is possible in France and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the nature of the pre-order.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns : In accordance with French law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions: The item must not have been worn or washed It must include the original elements (hangtags, packaging, etc.) It must be returned to the following address: ComeBackLater, 52 rue Barra, 49100 Angers Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of a product error or proven defect). Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the return.

You have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. To make a return, please follow these conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed
- It must include all original accessories (hangtags, pouch, etc.)

The refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering, within 14 days of receipt of the return.
